CocoaTown made us a custom cooler for our roasted coffee beans. We’re based in Arizona and they worked with us over video calls to custom build exactly what we needed for our coffee roasting business. We couldn’t be happier. They modified and added onto their existing cooler product to make it work for exactly what we needed. It arrived safe and sound and very well packaged. We’d highly recommend them.

CocoaTown has been a partner of Cacao of Excellence ever since its creation in 2009 providing the crackers, winnowers and grinders, when the process was done at the lab of Ed Seguine in the US. CocoaTown has been a wonderful collaborator during the establishment of the first Cacao of Excellence quality and training lab in 2023 in Rome and the programme was very proud of using the CocoaT Power cracker, the CocoaT Deluxe winnower and 10 Alpha12 Melangers for processing the over 200 cacao bean samples coming from over 55 origins as part of the Awards. And these grinders are still being used at the new lab in Perugia within the Citta del Cioccolato. We are grateful for this long-term relationship! I am a new customer and I am already so happy with my decision to choose cocoatown as my equipment supplier for my chocolate business. We bought their eco line and have 2 Abi10 grinders that have served us in East Africa for about 3 years with minimal issues. We love that the equipment is modular and can be scaled with a little addition here or there and the customer care whenever we are in touch so far is commendable. We look forward to further our partnership as we grow. Thank you for the tweaks and new equipment lines added to the range.

They shipped me a broken machine, No fragile signs, No helpful service from calls and emails. The machine is all banged up and feels like a tin, Garbage quality, Save your money! My credit card will be hearing about this, CocoaTown DO NOT reach out to me, You had multiple chances to help and you ignored me as a client!
